Template problem?

Whenever I try to open OOTP now, it says it can't load numerous templates, and then proceeds to close itself. What's the problem?

What version are you running?

Was it installed in the standard location?

Are these template errors occurring on starting the program up or when loading a saved game?

I just updated to the latest patch. Yes, it's installed where it usually is.

When I first open it up, it says it can't load some template, then I try to go for a loaded game and it does several more and closes.

Is it possible to note down what message it comes up with for that first error?
