Is it possible to make a league that contains teams from various years. If so, how?

I'm about to create one, with all the best teams post-1970.

Keeping all your teams in the same era is a wise move. Otherwise you might get some odd results.

If you use the Garlon/Spritze historical db you can mix eras as they are all normalized to 750 runs and carmelized as well.
