Scouting Tasklist Slowdown

In OOTP 08, when scouting, I like to use Scout Team and Scout Organization instead of Scout League, because reports are given more often. However, there is incremental slowdown with each task added to the Scouting Task List; it takes my (slow, PIII 1Ghz) computer ~30sec. to switch from Scout Team (default) to, for instance, Scout Organization with 10 tasks added.

Also, I know this is the wrong place, but in future versions could there be the option to view player ratings as the average of your scouts' views, like in the scouting reports in the player card? Or better yet, the option to select the scouts from which the average is calculated. Thanks.

As was announced in the general discussions forum, scouting is being revamped for the next version, so this shouldn't be an issue any more. Thanks!
