Altered HTML pages not showing/changing

So I altered the main player report page .tpl file (dropped the 'last 10 games' report down and raised the career stats to the top of the stats area).

I did this in a text editor. However, the changes are not showing. I did this in the default templates folder as I want it to be universal to all leagues I play.

So what is going on?
