Transfering authorizations

Hope this is the right sub-forum.

I just used both of my order ID allowances for OOTP9 and am pumped. But then I realized that I may be losing my laptop and will be receiving a new one in about a month, and was hoping I could just transfer my autho from one laptop to the other when I get the replacement.

Is this allowed and how do I do so if it is?

Yes. I think using the eLicense control panel you can unlicense one game and then it'll be free for you to use again. If you have problems you can contact eLicense and they should be able to help you.
