Order-ID question

I've loaded the game onto my laptop and if for some reason it crashes (which is a distinct possibility with this laptop) can I download the game onto my desktop and use the same order ID or am I going to have to purchase another ID?

Nope, you get two licenses with E-License so you should have no problem using it on your desktop
