Steam update/problems with download update.

First of all, I've enjoyed OOPT9 greatly over the last few days. But I have some problems. So I'm trying to update to the latest version as requested.

However, I purchased through Steam, and they don't have the update. Additionally, I've downloaded the PC torrent with the latest version and tried to install that. It installs but doesn't run at all. Double click the OOTP9 icon does nothing. I'm using Windows Vista.

Has this been addressed yet?

As Steam is new for OOTP, I believe that they are still working on making the patch available through that service. Please give them a few days to figure things out. Thanks.
