Computer manager leaves players DFA forever

I am having the same problem that was "resolved" in the closed threads. It was Jose Cardenal's Afro's problem with people he traded to computer teams never putting those players on the roster, months after the trade, when they really could use those players. He said he changed the AI, but he didn't say how he did it. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks.

If you switch to commissioner mode and go to a computer team's Home Page, then Options & Ballpark, is the Roster AI: Prevent any AI Roster Changes checkbox selected? If so, you'll need to disable it for all of the teams in question.
