BZ 1729: Pitcher getting thrown out

Markus,

Kudos on continuing to improve the game.

Sean Gallagher is pitching a no-hitter for my beloved Cubs when he comes to bat in the 6th inning. Apparently unhappy with a called third strike, he pushes the umpire gets thrown out of the game and suspended!

Meanwhile, the game won't let me warm up a pitcher and Michael Wuertz comes in cold and gives up 4 runs.

In my over 4 decades of baseball fandom, I've never seen a pitcher thrown out of a game for arguing balls and strikes. Pitchers should be exempt from this random possibility.
