Won't open

I have recently downloaded OOTP 9 and installed it properly. My problem is that when I double click the icon to open it, nothing comes up, same goes for when I open it going through "my computer". I have tried numerous times and even tried reinstalling and whatnot. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using Vista? If OOTP won't open for you when using Windows Vista, please first try right-clicking on the OOTP 9 icon and selecting "Run as Administrator".
