Pitch-by-pitch

I see that the toggle for pbp to one-pitch mode still does not work.
This is after installing 9.1.5...it also was broken in 9.1.2.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

This is the toggle in the options screen, or the button in the lower right hand corner? This is for game replays or games that you are actually playing out?
