Creatign Fictional Historical League, Need Baseball Timeline

I already posted this on the general discussion board though it probably belongs here.

Basically, I want to create my own fictional league with real players beginning in 1871 or whenever the earliest you can start is.

However, I intend to follow the basic track of the MLB in terms of expansion, minor leagues, stadium sizes, free agency, trades, arbitration, etc.

I was told there was a baseball timeline that someone would created. If someone could help me find this it would be great and I can get started on my league.

Found the timeline but if anyone could give me any info on minor leagues, stadium sizes over the years or anything it would be cool.

Somewhere in the mod forum there is an extensive file with stadium information in it.

Most minor leagues were independent until the 30's (and many stayed that way until the 50's). A few years, one major league team would have a dozen associated minor league teams, while the rest of the league only had 10 between all the other teams.

Strictly speaking, they still are in that it's not the league itself which is affiliated with Major League Baseball, but rather the individual teams which sign Player Development Contracts with a given major league club.
