Could Not Load Teams File

I am mid way through year 3 in my historical game (1983) and everything was fine as of afternoon yesterday.

However, I tried to load it up today, and it comes up with the error: DATABASE:: load_database - could not load teams file.

What did I do?

Did you have any errors whilst saving it last night?

What is the size of the teams.dat file in your league directory? Right-click it and choose Properties (if you're on PC)

What version of OOTP are you running?

No, didnt have any problems, that is why I was little surprised it crashed.

It is saying 0 mb (I think I am looking at the right thing.) You go into the saved_games then the league name and then right click on the teams section, correct?

The version is 9.1.6

The bad news is that if it is 0Mb in size then there's not much that can be done. It seems very odd that the game didn't appear to fail during saving but that the teams.dat file has been blanked.

I'm afraid that is as far as we can go unless you have a backup of your game, because there is no way to recreate the teams file from the others. Sorry about that.
