Runners on the corners, less than 2 outs

Twice in the last 2 days I have been playing games when one team has runners on 1st & 3rd with no outs and the when the batters makes an out the PbP says (team name) leaves runners on the corners. It is as if the PbP is saying the 1/2 inning is over.

This sounds like it could be an error with the PbP. If the inning doesn't finish after this text, could you repost this error in the PbP Error thread in the main board - if I copy the post it'll put it in chronological order and it will be too far back to be noticed.
