Preliminary Questions

Not gonna bother with a fancy introduction or set up or anything. Basically, I sorta know of this game but really have no idea what is actually possible with the game and want to learn about it more than what little asterisk laced vague notes of gameplay can tell me.

1: Is there a guide out there describing what all the stats are and how they effect fights? I'd like to get a good idea of how in-depth this department is and sorta envision what I'd be able to do with the system.

Bonus: Guides on other parts of the game would be great too. Especially the customizable stuff.

2: What is the demo like? Are the old games now free? I'd like to be able to play with stat editing (as I love to do) and really set things up to be as perfect as I could get them before truly running the demo. Will I have to race against a clock or could I really devote time to a demo? Especially great would be if I could do unlimited 1v1 fights with the demo just blocking the other features.

Well, there ya go. Hope to get this game one day so I wanna sorta hype myself up for it.

I dunno what you're waiting for, Chad. This sounds like your kind of game. Just set aside lots of time to waste and let your family know where you are from time to time. Also remember to eat at regular intervals.

I'm moving soon plus my computer is terribly old. It's just something I've always had my eye on but never been able to find any real solid info on - not even on what the demo entails. BTW, 56K connection. So yeah... it'd probably take ages to find out by just getting it. It's not so much wanting to know if it's worth it - I don't doubt that. I just like to get hyped for video games.

I just got the demo. Says there are 20 hours/10 days. I just hope I can get to play with editing after it runs out. I wanna get to try to put up my own set of ratings for people.
