Will I get Job offers from other teams? Do I have a price?

Complete Noob! Happened to cross this website on sheer LUCK! Bought OOTP X the next day and been playing hardcore for 3 days now. I'm addicted.

1. Will I get offers from other teams?
2. Do I have price on me? I mean realistically you pay your GM.

I'll have so many Questions I know. This game is the best 39.99 I have ever spent on a game. I worry I wont have enough time to sift through everything it offers before 11 comes out!

1. Only while you're unemployed.

2. No, that is not modelled in OOTP.
