Post post season roster moves

I've noticed that you are not allowed to activate any players off of the DL to the active roster during the postseason even if they are eligible. However, the computer controlled teams somehow are able to callup players off of the DL. Is there anyway to get around this problem. I only realized this was happening because the team I was playing and there star slugger on the DL for the 1st two games of the series and somehow he was playing in game 3.

I don't know about the computer teams doing it mid series... but I do know humans can make DL activations on one day between each series in OOTP3. However if you miss the day you are screwed. You also are not allowed to promote anyone from AAA at any time during the postseason... so if you decide to keep an extra hitter for the wild card round hoping to replace him with that extra pitcher for the LCS you won't be able to do that... unless you put the extra pitcher on the DL before the post season... and he becomes eligible before that magic day when the game will allow you to activate players.

That reminds me of a bug. During the post season you cannot make roster moves yourself. However, if you hit the 'auto manage minor leagues' button the computer is able to make them.

Well, I hope I don't miss that magic day. Totally aware of not being able to move anybody from the minors up.
