Blurry

This is really blurry and after trying to get it downloaded for 12 hours and now starting to play but i cant even read the words is not making me too happy. Y is this and is there any way i can fix it even though my resolution is 800-624 or whatever and i cant change that because the comp is screwy when changed so is there ne way i can change that
