Hi Markus, I see in a previous post you are already working on a patch, great! Please fix the League Leaders sorting bug. It was also in OOTP3.
The problem is when sorting pitchers in "Ascending" order. If you choose starters and hit the various categories like "IP" "HA" "R" "ER" "BB" "HP" "K" "2B" "3B" "HR" "BF" you will get nothing but zeros. Plus it shows minor league pitchers in the list. Only the Starters in the Majors should show up in this list, plus in order to qualify they have to have some innings pitched. So there should be some data in there instead of zeros. I've posted this in a previous post and ScottLib said he would check it out. I hope you will also check it out and fix it in your upcoming patch. Also I had the same problem in my first game where 2 Homers were hit in the top of the first, and the pitcher didn't get charged any earned runs. Other than that I Love all the new features you added!

While we're talking about sorting, here's another:
This isn't technically a "bug", but a feature that imho could be made less annoying. I've noticed that when you sort a list of players by some column, then go in to look at a particular player card, that when you exit back to the list, it has "un-sorted" itself. It would be very nice if the lists would remember their "sort" status when you go in and out of player cards. Make it much easier to browse through groups of players. Thanks for the great game, btw. As a huge baseball fan and a longtime programmer who aspires to computer game development, you have my respect twice over. Keep it up! |

I'm not sure about the other stuff you mentioned, but by sorting in "Ascending" order you will be starting with the 0's and working up. This works for stats like ERA, but when looking for stats like IP, W,L, etc., you should use "Decending" order.
