Best Database/Way To Import?

Just ran an import on default settings with default CSV files for the year 2000, and Johan Santana comes in at a 1 star player with 4/5/4 potential ratings (out of 10).

Something I'm missing?

Do you have scouts on? Are his potential ratings good?
4/5/4 with vast potential would be about right since he had a 6.49 era 1.81 whip over 86IP that season.
What did you base potential ratings on? Try changing that.
