Jacob Doyle 1872
In working with the 1870 Rockford (IL) Forest Citys team composite I found that the facepack image of Jacob Doyle (replicated on his B-R.com page and his Wikipedia page) came from this composite.

Doyle was a 16-year-old middle infielder for the 1872 Washington Nationals, near his hometown of Leesburg, VA. In addition to the age of the 1870 Forest Citys subject (Doyle would have been at most 14 years old at the time the picture was taken), the distance between Doyle's hometown and Rockford indicate that this is not the 1872 Major Leaguer.

I have removed the Doyle image from the facepack and added him to the Missing Player List.

Bob Reach 1872 MISSING PLAYER
The SABR author who recently uncovered a Martin Mullen photo has also located a picture of Bob Reach. This picture came from Reach's obituary, published in the 20-May-1922 Springfield (MA) Union.

Thanks, Cochise. I had this one, but I'm still not sure the circumstances that led to him wearing #4. I don't see that he was ever officially listed under that number for the Braves. Can anyone shed some light?
