New Teams, New Year

Question out there, as i am sure someone has already made a simple list

Want to go through history and keep the basic team structure through history- not trades during seasons, just so that players can move to the right team for next year, and those that retire i have the option of retiring on que (actually i am going to do a value adjustment to them)
but basically keep most players historicaly accurate to teams through history- without reloading the game each year for a new season

before i go through and use the game system itself (real life stats) on each player, or baseball ref or whatnot
anyone made a sheet out there

save me the time of going through the lists player by player through history
just figured someone has already done it
