Lost Game

I had just completed a one run victory in my custom league, and then the program crashed. When I rebooted the program, it showed that I had won the game on the Schedule screen, but I couldn't look at the box score. In addition, in the Standings, no record of that game can be found. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks for any help you can give.

Delete the game in the schedule screen and reschedule it for another day. No way to "find" that game.
