I deleted two teams, and did a little bit of realignment to accomodate deleting them. I then cleared the schedule, and went to generate a new one. When it started generating, I got an illegal operation.
Anything I can do to fix this? If not, it's not that bad because no more than 10 minutes before I put the old file <Pre-deleting/realignment> into a Zip File. But I'd rather fix this problem. Any ideas?

This might be your problem. You need to have an even number of teams in each league. If one or both leagues have an odd number you will get an error in schedule creation.
