As in OOTP3, the in-game AI still goes for double plays with the infield in, runners at first and third, and one out- and is frequently unsuccessful. Just before I posted this, I was in a one-game divisional playoff, and with the score tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the other team scored the winning run in this situation.
