Terry Felton, who was 0-16. Steve Gerkin is second at 0-12 and 19th Century pitcher Charlie Stecher is third with an 0-10 record. Archie Reynolds is tied with four others for fourth place at 0-8.

Zoilo Versalles 1959
Here is an apparently half-asleep Zoilo Versalles with the 1971 Braves, his last stop in the big leagues.
Since we had 1969 Expos shown above, does anyone have a color photo of Donn Clendenon with the 1969 Expos? |

Donn Clendenon Expos
I only have this small color picture of Donn with the Expos.
He played 38 games in 1969 with Montreal. Obtained by the Expos in the 1968 expansion draft, the team traded Clendenon and Jesus Alou to the Astros for Rusty Staub. Clendenon refused to report to his new team. The Expos and Astros worked out a new deal, and Clendenon joined the Expos on April 19, 1969 but was traded to the Mets on June 15, 1969. He is not on the team picture and only a few b/w photos were avalaible in the second magazine published by the Expos in their inaugural season. I'm adding these pictures and a newspaper clipping to this post! Last edited by Expos 1969-2004; 07-22-2013 at 06:43 PM. Reason: Text modified. |

Baseball Card Corrections
Thanks to Big Yaz for finding these. My apologies for my errors. I typed Candy Harris on the card instead of Buddy Harris and Messed up Doug Howard as Doug Griffin; also misnamed (left default from my template) for Clyde Wright.

Eddie Grant was a true American hero as he was killed in action in World War I in Argonne, France.
Thank you to all for the Expos Clendenon photos as I have long searched for those. Also thanks for the Versalles card. Wish I had that back in 1971 when I always got out my cards while listening to the Braves on radio. I always had to use the 1970 Versalles card that has him listed with the Senators (although it is really a no hat shot in a Twins uniform). |

A few other obscure photos
Like Donn Clendenon, these guys had long careers but played only one year or a part of a year with the team pictured. I think that none of them was ever included with the team on any cards.

Roznovsky as a Phil
In the same vein as the post and photo submissions of Braves 70
(section 18031) of players photographed in uniforms of teams they were only with briefly, does anyone have a photo of catcher Vic Roznovsky in a Phillies uniform? He spent five years in the big leagues with the Cubs & Orioles and then in 1969, his final year in the majors, he had just 13 at bats with the Phillies. |

I have requested these previously but thought I would ping BRobby05...And also in the same vein of players photographed in uniforms of teams they were only with briefly, does anyone have a color photo of: Vic Harris with the Cardinals (1976), or Tom Underwood with the Cardinals (1977)? Harris of course was traded straight up for Mick Kelleher in the winter of 1975. As previously posted images may have indicated, I have located a poster photo pack for the 1976 team, but alas - no Vic Harris. He was either sick or he overslept. Un-real. ![]() And in '77 Tom Underwood was in the infamous mid season deal that included Bake McBride and Dane Iorg. His '78 Topps card is an embarrassment to other airbrushed cards of that era. Again, either images in color please and in any captured pose.....thx in advance!! |
