Year 2

Association with two leagues and June Draft in rules set for June 5, 1991. Players revealed 45 days prior but no players & no date listed for the draft.

Is there something I am missing?

Plan is after this 15 person draft to add an A ball team this off-season, so if something wrong need to make a plan B.
