HS and College Feeder League HoFs

Is there any way to add players to the feeder high school / college halls of fame when they graduate from that league rather than waiting until they retire from baseball altogether?

For that matter, can they even be added once they retire from baseball, or is the HOF not meant to exist for feeders? I haven't got far enough into the future yet to test it out.

The way I did it was after they were drafted and signed, I retired them put them into the HS HOF then unretired them and manually assigned them back to the team they had signed with with a minor league contract. I also did this with the Australian Baseball League before I disbanded the league. The 3 HOF ABL players then signed contracts with other teams in my league.
