Sorry about all the questions

I really am figuring a lot of this game out on my own lol. I am curious why the player names are green, yellow or black on my roster pages. And why some pages the same player is different colors. For instance Bruce Chen is geen on the "Pitching" page, but yellow on the roster page. The colors dont match the 'rest status' either.
Thanks in advance

On Pitching and Lineups it indicates that they are in the Line up or in the rotation.
The colors on the roster screen denote some sort of status. Rest, injury, suspension and something else I cannot remember.

Your questions are welcome. Ask away.

Always nice to welcome a Baseball savvy newbie. You sound a lot like me 9 years ago.

Here is another question. I choose to post it here instead of the mod forum because I know so little about this game yet.
So I see there are add on mods you can download from in game. Is in game the only way to download an add-on? Can someone explain the different kinds of mods and what they change?
Also i realize it's a choice on what you want, but are there any particular mods that are considered must haves by most of the OOTP community?
Thanks again for your patience

Many of the mods found in add Ons Central can be found on ootpmods.com
Some common mods are historical logos, uniforms & caps, graphical parks & bobble's hair mod (dont think this one is on AOC, for me it's a must have)

Mods downloaded from the Add-On Central will be automatically installed into your game with a few simple clicks. Anything you get from OOTPMods.com or from these forums will need to be manually installed (which usually just means copying the files into the proper folders).

As for must-haves, I can think of two. The MLB All-in-One mod from the Add-On Central, and Bobble's Facial Hair mod, which is hosted on OOTPMods, I believe.
