Uniforms keep changing on me

Hey guys. So I have a fictional league running and I'm using TxRanger's awesome retro unis/logos. In the past, I've also downloaded a whole bunch of unis made by others. The problem that I'm having is that my uniforms keep switching around on me. Let me try to explain:

I am in the 18th season of this league (third since I simmed for history) and just prior to this season, I downloaded TxRanger's unis/logos and changed all my league's team nicknames (didn't have to change cities). In the "Edit Colors & Uniforms" menu, I loaded up all the logos/caps/unis for every team. But a few keep changing to completely different previously loaded uniforms for the same team names I am now using.

The Pittsburgh Arsenal are supposed to look like this...


Instead, they look like this...


This is happening with a couple other teams as well. Even odder, I'm seeing the wrong jerseys only when I'm playing out a game, not in the the player profiles, league leaders, or team home screen. They are correct there.

I've noticed this type of thing in the past too, but it's seriously starting to bug me now. Here's what I've done to try and fix it...

1) I've removed the jerseys I don't want from the game's folders.
2) I've deleted the jerseys from my computer
3) In the "Team Colors, Logos, and Uniforms" screen, I've clicked "Request Pictures Update" and "Update this Team's Pictures NOW"

No luck at all. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks a bunch.

I think I figured it out. The away uniforms were still set to the wrong jerseys.
