Sorry, I don't think it is a good idea to give out release date estimates, to much can go wrong. But I will keep everyone up to date with the progress.

You are my brother from a different mother my friend. I have been waiting for this answer for awhile now and still no avail. I'm happy that they have responded to this and when I see that the game doesn't have Heavyweight Enforcers fighting guys like Cory Perry and the Shea Weber's, I too will begin to itch my fingers on perhaps the next purchase of the FHM series.

Agitators drawing penalties is another big one, more misconducts to boost the PIM'S and perhaps suspensions as well would be a great emotional feel to the games. The hit's leader's also need to be reworked because we have some players who barley go into the corners in real life leading the league in hits accumilated such as Patrick Kane, Jonathan Huberdeau and Chris Kunitz who are leading in hit's right now after a actual guy who fits the billing in Cal Clutterbuck!

Thank you Jeff and Sebastian for taking the time to actually comment on the physical side of the sport for us fight fans. The game engine sounds like it's going to do a miracle for this game and I cannot wait!

I'd love to see a fighting frequency slider implemented to mimic the present day and past especially for historic game play to perhaps increase and decrease the amount of fighting that takes place. I know some people here could careless about this part of the game but at least it directs itself to them as well if they choose not to have so much fighting if they desire.

Again, i am excited at the fact this isn't being overlooked and I look forward to being able to sport a fourth line of tough guys when needed with the more physical teams and will think twice on taking liberties with my players =)

Day off today so I'm trolling the forums adding my two cents... thought I'd be a little more "active" and help in my cause as well...

More things to see in the game:

- Game memorization : Observing UFA's / Personnel will NOT reset your list when hitting the back button only to need to go thru all of the list again.

- Players stats on the Boxscore screens - A number of goals and assist's would look pretty schnazzie to let you know what goal or assist of the season your player has.

example: Goal - J. Hudler (23) S. Monahan (26) D. Wideman (34)
P.P Goal - S. Crosby (41) E. Malkin (57) K. Letang (38)

- F/A fiasco of being overly greedy and not re-signing which I'm sure you've already looked into so I won't spend too much time here! =)

- The ability to designate a SCOUT as your HEAD SCOUT, which means he's your best of the best for your organization and will be depended on to give you the most up to date scouting reports money can buy!

- Scouting reports - I would love to see a little more depth and emphasis placed on the physical guys who can play a power forward role and will drop the gloves on occasion as well, (Milan Lucic) separated by the players who would be best suited in an Enforcer role (Anthony Peluso). At the moment we have guys that are physically strong but that doesn't indicate if they can play physical or fight when the moment arises meaning they do not fall into the power forward role much less and enforcer role either.

- Training Camp - We need a September training camp much like EHM where we can invite our prospect's into camp and get a good look at them before the season start's and see if they will take full advantage of this opportunity and steal a spot before the start of the October Season.

- Designated player roles - At the moment I do not see where the players role on the team makes any difference to they're overall happiness throughout the season much-less the organization and come contract renewal the Core and Key players are being negotiated in contracts sometimes as normal player roles.

- Trading with the AI - I'd like to see the ability to designate up to at least three different area's your team is focusing on. Stealing a page from EHM where we can state just what we are doing with the team (Looking for Prospects and Picks, Looking for Veterans for Playoff Push, Looking for Certain Players such as scoring or playmaking Winger, Centerman) Looking for QB Def or stay at home Def.

- The Player profile could implement a notes section where it could allow us to type whatever we choose. I always loved this in the EHM series as it allowed me to write what I expect to see from this player for the season and use it as a reference during and after the season without a bunch of scribbled papers in from of my PC lol

- More depth with players in general - Who do they like playing for the most on your team ? This could add more chemistry between certain players as sometimes you can place your Key players together and they just do not mesh. This could help with player morale and happiness and especially player production during the season. Maybe they dislike a former assistant coach or coach for that matter in which they were treated and if hired could become a problem or a sudden player urgency to be "traded". The ability to discipline players for stupid penalties or a suspension, streaky slumps or lazy practice sessions in which they are not showing any determination or showing up late for practice. Players letting you know they want more opportunity to play more minutes, a larger role or a young prospect who want's to stay in college for another year...

Injurys from hits, bodychecks, pucks, FIGHTS!? would also be a major realistic addition to the match engine!

Maybe an injury to a player can have a 50/50 chance of starting a fight make it random like in real life!

Also please make the commentary for fighting more in depth than EHM was! I loved there engine i just didnt like the small detail in commentary.

Will actually fixed the problem with the pull goalie? The enemy does not take out the goalkeeper and the self it does not work either.

Honestly it would be nice to get an interim patch(1.6.3?) to deal with the RFA issue. A 40 point player should not be asking for 6x6 contracts, regardless of potential.

The new training and scouting have added some awesome depth to the game to where I actually want to play beyond a couple years, except my RFAs(and league wide RFAs) are asking far far too much. If it was just my own I'd commish mode edit some contracts but every team has the same problem and it seems some players even hold out indefinitely.

I'm noticing too on July 1st how many players are being let go from the team's around the league as well. They're are Key guys being let go, and top notch prospects either due to this bug or various other problem's that may need to be looked into.

Most notable in my test season, virtually half of the Tampa Bay Lightning have been let go even some of they're top scorers in Johnson and Palat. That is just the tip of the iceberg as the UFA looks like about the size of a encyclopedia !! =)

No need to rebuild a struggling team... just wait a year and rebuild via UFA! lol

Yes I had 4 good Players cut on July 1st and one was Sam Bennett but it might because Team was trying to get under Salary Cap but Cap was at highest it could be and that I got all my pending Free-Agents other then one Mike Brown who wanted to test Market to resign with me.

By changing Draft for 2014 and 2015 one got First Pick.

Will the Salary Floor problem be addressed in the next patch?

Any plans to allow exporting to csv of player/team Data?

Yeah, but we're going to have a separate option for editing the floor, so the ceiling and floor can be set independent of each other rather than just forcing it the floor to 0 if the cap is removed.

Definitely getting better. Would love to see an upgrade to the trading process. When i want to trade a guy i have to laboriously go through each screen looking for the best deal. There should be an "offer to all" option like FHM, and there should also be a way to lock in my trade players/picks so they do not disappear when i change teams to trade with.

Thoughts?

What kind of a league setup are you using? I'll try to replicate it, but we may need to have a look at your savegame to find the exact problem if the freeze doesn't happen in my game.

Why can't buy players from the DEL 2 with a DEL team? There is no transfer option for players from DEL 2.

League Setup wouldn't be the person problem because change anything like move Red Wings to the AHL isn't allowed yet.
Also after June 30 2014 some how got unemployed for no reason but at least get the First Pick for 3 straight year with been in First place
