Having the Expos not move in 2005

So, just started a new Franchise with the Expos, and I have "automatically expand the league" selected (I'm a month into the year). What option can I select to not have them move to Washington in 2005?

Uncheck automatically expand the league..you might need to put yourself into commish mode to change it.
