Figuring Out Players Demands Salary Arbitration

Hello all:-) Can anybody tell me where I can see what salary my players are demanding in salary arbitration? I can see what I am offering them, but not what they are demanding. Thanks

You can't. I do not think MLB teams can see the players Arbitration number either. I could be wrong though.

That is interesting, never thought about that. I just assumed that both parties stated the salary they wanted and why. Then 3rd party decided. To be honest, really don't know how the process works. Thanks for responding.

Go to Front Office then "Possible Free Agents" and their demands are in the column at the end on the right.

It's on each players page under contract and status. That may not be his demand but it is a good indicator.
