There is very little listed in that forum. I see that you are working on some "heroes and villains" quickstart. I should have been more clear in my initial post. I am looking for links to quickstarts that are NOT posted on the OOTP website.

I am primarily interested in just getting back to the way baseball used to be. MAYBE salary caps (that don't ever change), but I would rather teams just be able to trade with one another and not have any sort of money involved. Drafting would be okay, but in a "school yard" kind of way, where players want to be the best and money is not a factor. Fictional is totally okay as I'm kind of torn with playing with players who already are 'known'.

On the other hand, if you just need help with a graphics setup or something -- I can probably do a bare-bones setup with just graphics in place that you can tweak how you want.

I have a slow laptop and don't have much time so mistakes are costly. Surely someone out there has a no-financials (or never changing salary cap) quickstart with history built in?

I have also not figured out how to 'pretty up' things when ratings and money aren't used. A bunch of fields with blank values or symbols is ugly.

What you are asking is VERY easy for you to do with little chance for mistake
Make a custom game, go through the Advanced settings and you'll have the league you want
