League Setup/Management Issues

Okay, not to run this into the ground, but I'm going to try this one more time... one question at a time. I've been playing around with creating a custom league but can't figure out how to do what I want, or if it is even possible. The first question is:

Is it possible to create a league where I, as commissioner, control every team in regard to offering and making trades, setting strategies and making all roster moves... or at least all coaching strategies that handle such moves?

(I don't want the computer AI to pick up or drop players, sign players to contracts, offer or accept trades, etc. I want to only make all those changes per direction from a human owner of a team who contacts me based on stats and data I post to a website.)

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Sure, there's an option to set all teams to Human Controlled. Then, the AI can't touch it (unless you set it up that way.)

Okay, is that a league setting when first setting up the league or is that the "Prevent any AI roster changes" setting you have to select individually in the Team Settings window for each team?

in the middle 2nd to last option under league Settings.

Thank you. Now I'm embarrassed. I saw that before and I think because I was just messing around I didn't notice that "...controlled by So-and-so" was me because I hadn't set the manager/commissioner's name when I created the league.
