No trades or pickups

Is there a way i can simulate a season and have the AI make no moves except within the organization.

I'm basically looking to have the exact same rosters in October as I set in April. No drops, no trades, no pickups.

I don't mind if guys get moved up and sent down, but only within the organizaion.

I can't find a setting for that.

Disable free agency and trades within the League Options screen.
