Exporting Rosters from one file and Importing them to another

Can someone give me a rundown on how this works and what buttons to push?

I thought I did everything correct, but whenever I hit Import Rosters on my new save, nothing happens, no players show up in the league.

You can't add new players through the roster import. If a player didn't exist before you exported the rosters, it won't exist after. What you need to do is create X amount of fictional players as free agents before you export the rosters. Then copy the players you want to add over the fictional FAs in the roster file. Make sure they have the SAME PLAYER IDs. This pretty much edits the fictional players to the ones you want to add
