Arizona League stuck in offseason mode

I'm playing through on a 4th MLB season. It's mid-June and for the first time that I can remember, my Rookie league (AZL) seems to be stuck in off-season mode. My draft happened about 3 days ago and usually my rookie league teams' stats/standings on the homepage have reset to zero. But it's still showing last year's results and no schedule in sight. The ML level had expanded by 2 teams this past off season but neither expansion team has a rookie-level team in the AZL.

Since the draft has happened, I'd like to get that league cooking so I can start developing players, but since the AZL is still stuck in offseason mode I can't generate a schedule. In the past this had been happening with my short season-A team's league, but it didn't happen this year.

Can't figure out what's wrong. I know in the past that the AZL league usually plays it's first games around the 20th of June. But I'm already past that date and nothing has happened.

So I bit the bullet and just decided to create a schedule for my 11-team AZL. Problem is, when I tried to advance past opening day I get an alert saying that the "AZL has an illegal amount on their active roster (0)."

I'm at a loss here. Does that mean I need to go into each team and pick players on each roster to "activate?"

I would "Enable incomplete rosters" AKA Ghost Players. It will get oyu past the illegal number of players problem and let the AI fill its rosters properly over a few game days.

Thanks, that at least got my entire MLB season and all the other minor league levels unstuck. I did notice that the stats recorded for the first game recorded as part of the 2011 season instead of the 2013 season.

So, I guess my follow up question would be, since my AZL league is technically stuck in offseason mode, is there any way to manually push it into preseason and then regular season so my rookie league standings/stat properly record in the same year?

When I checked all the league settings it wouldn't allow me to manually set the start of the 2013 season. The manual schedule that I generated, although taking place in the 2013 calendar year are being recorded as part of the 2011 season. I'm thinking that I could play out the season that way, but as player develop tracking their progress will get confusing.
