Number Changing in OOTP 15

I just got OOTP 15 (after having OOTP 14), and I was wondering where the number changing button is. Is there any way of changing a player's number without going into the editor?

Not a bad question. Unfortunately, in this version, you must use the editor to do this because the option to change player numbers that used to be included on the actions button in the player profile was removed. The good news is you don't have to be commissioner to use this portion of the editor.
