Auto-hire managers?

Made it to the off-season, and my managers (for minor league teams) are dropping like flies! Is there a way for me to auto-hire these minor league managers in OOTP 15?

Sam, you have two choices. You can either let your team AI handle personnel transactions, in which case you take what it gets for you, or you can try to hire/re-hire managers and coaches yourself. Unfortunately, you cannot just go on auto-pilot to retain and resign the same staff over and over again.

The feature to automatically handle personnel transactions is newly added to 15.
