I cannot find any Color pics of a Kansas City Athletic in their home uniform showing the 'A' and the number on the sleeve. (Lots of road uniforms but no home ones in color) Does any one on this site have any?

Image number 7421 posted by Pegasus27 in 2008. Unfortunately in the predecessor to this thread. If you search on "Charlie Lau" , selecting the posts option, the results will take you there.

Time consuming I realise but if you search in a similar fashion for Athletics by name, that you are looking for, you may find many other results. It is mainly for search reasons that we try and implement a format for the posting of title captions.

For all new visitors there are a number of previous versions of this thread and I find the best way to access them is by utilising the search facilities.

Thanks UK. I checked through the image numbers you suggested and none show a "Home" uniform from 1961. only road uniforms or other years. I do thank you for your input and interest. I will keep looking

Minnie Minoso rookie 1949 image. The best chance of a fit for this I have found is the photo provided by Pegasus27 in his batters facepack.

This is a repost of a repost of a repost of a repost. When the image was first shared by baseball-birthdays.com more than three years ago he clearly stated that the ID was suspect. The player pictured, identified only as "Simmons" bears little to no resemblance to John Simmons 1949.

Thanks for noticing this rarity...they are indeed very tough to find. I had this Jerry Lumpe, but not the best example for their 1961 Home uni.
