Bert Williams
Bert Williams was the owner of the Philadelphia Giants in 1923. Earlier, he was the manager and first baseman of the Williams and Walker Base Ball Club, a vaudeville baseball team. He was most known in the entertainment field as a comedian.

Lem R. Williams
Lem R. Williams was an outfielder with the Cuban Giants and Brooklyn All-Stars during the 1905-14 period. Later, he was an umpire in the Negro National League and an officer with the Cleveland Stars. He is shown here in an unidentified uniform. Update: This is a Cuban Giants uniform. I found the Cuban Giants team photo from which this head shot came.
