how do i post a league file?

i am in need of some info on how to post a league file for an online league.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use an FTP program and upload it to a web site. One can be found at http://www.downloads.com or a similar site.

does the ftp program inside ootp upload all files that are in the folder its directed to? if that is the case couldnt you just put the zipped file into that folder and ftp everything at once?
