Thanks for the kudo, but I don't consider that the credit belongs to me. The photo came from a book by Robert Retort. Mr. Retort in turn obtained the photo from the HOF Library, so I would give the library the credit for having the photo, which was of the entire Newark Eagles team in its original form.

Alfonse "Blue" Dunn, 1B/OF, played for the Detroit Stars, New York Cubans, and Birmingham Black Barons during the 1937-43 period. He is shown here in the uniform of the Harlem Globetrotters baseball team.

Joseph P. "Jake" Dunn Jr., SS/OF/2B, is shown in the uniform of the Baltimore Elite Giants.

Edward J. "Eddie" Dwight, OF, is shown on the left in the Kansas City Monarchs uniform. On the right is a clearer photo of Eddie, but he's out of uniform.

Luscious "Luke" Easter, OF/1B, is shown in the uniform of the Homestead Grays. Luke had been displayed previously on this thread in a Cleveland Indians uniform, but not in a Negro Leagues uniform.

That's a great pic of Easter ... regardless, I do appreciate you're posting these players from The Negro Leagues ... For I do honor them by having these pics in my Negro Leagues, with txranger/knuckler's logos and Unis ... these really make my League more enjoyable ... again, thanks for your investment of time and energy for providing us these collection of great pics of bygone years ...

Frank Evans, OF/3B, is shown in the uniform of the Kansas City Giants. This Frank Evans is the older of the two players by that name. His experience in the Negro Leagues was during the 1908 and 1915-20 years. I had posted the image of the younger Frank Evans in September on the following webpage:

William "Buck" Ewing, C, is shown on the left in the uniform of the Homestead Grays. In the center and on the right, he is shown in an unidentified uniform. The center photo looks to me like a color tampering with the original newspaper photo from the right. Based on the newspaper article and the word "Giants" on his left sleeve, there's a very good chance that the uniform in the center and right photos is that of the Schenectady Mohawk Giants.
