Yes, but the Pecos League's standings don't balance at Baseball-Reference. Any league that doesn't produce correct standings—surely the most basic of league-level statistics—is questionable. (Even the Pecos League's own web site doesn't list balanced standings. The only place where the league's standings appear right is Pointstreak.)

Their business operations are sketchy, yes. In 2014 they had a couple of clubs close up shop early due to problematic finances.

B-Ref gets stuff wrong at times. They totally messed up the Italian and Dutch Leagues standings and stats for 2013.

Anyhow, again I don't disagree, but I think there's value to having the PECOS included.

Congratulations to the OOTP Development team on this huge accomplishment. Getting the MLB.com and MiLB licenses can't do anything but take the company to the next level. I am disappointed that things like PED suspensions are no longer allowed during MLB sims. With that being said, it's a small price to pay in the grand scheme. Congrats again.

It was either get an MLB license or work with that Nigerian prince who keeps emailing us about the $300 million we could keep 10% of if we help him get the money out of the country. I'm glad we went with the former option.

To Markus and the OOTP team, Congratulations !! on the MLB deal, I know you've succeeded without one, but anything that enhances the long term financial viability of this most excellent game is a BIG BIG positive.
The new features sound good, but frankly I had a great time with OOTP 5, as well as 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14, and…..15
Like some of you I’ve played baseball sim games since the pre-PC era, and I never plan to stop, fortunately my wife is fine with that.

Now let me post.... and move on to Pre-Ordering.

A wise choice. MLB made about $9 billion in revenue last year. So if you can get 10% of that you'd have beaten that Nigerian prince's offer hands-down!

With an official MLB licence, I am expecting OOTP and MLB Manager should be in the listed MLB.com fantasy games once it comes out. This would help fans finding the game easier which means more customers- more revenue for the developers

Hey, MLB likes its revenue sharing. So why not share some of it with OOTP Developments?
