OOTP Pre order help!

I recently went on the OOTP 16 webstore and put in all my info. I pressed secure checkout and the page was loading and then returned to the page with no info entered. Did the purchase go through or did it just buffer out? Please help before the pre order deadline! Thank you!

Did you get an e-mail confirmation? I received one when I placed my pre-order, so I'm guessing if you didn't get anything that your order didn't get processed.

I placed the order last night and have yet to recieve an email confirmation. Should I keep waiting or just order it again? Thanks.

Email support@esellerate.net, they can tell you if the order went through.

Make sure to check your spam folder.

Call your CC company, they can tell you in 30 sec once you get through.
