Can we get clarification on the background images feature?

I was wondering if this means we can even set our own background colours for fictional teams?

I see in the screenshots that a team like the Marlins have an Orange background, and a team like the Red Sox has red.

Does this mean if we have a fictional team whose primary colour is green, we can pick a green background for that team?

That would be great! So I guess I'm just wondering if this will be possible or if the background colours are set automatically for just the MLB teams and we have no control over it?

Not only that, but you can have graphical backgrounds...a different one for each team.

I have to say, being here as long as I have, this simple, non-fancy panted baseball sim has really stepped it up on the graphics, making the game more human-like. You really get a feel for the characters you create in this game by looked at them.

I know there were some really cool backgrounds created and shown during beta testing. I'm hoping they will be shown off in the regular forum, if they haven't been already.

Backgrounds can be created for any team real or fictional and my favorite feature.They are also used when you create a Team Photo.
I've created layered templates that work with paint.net, gimp and photoshop to make creating them a little easier. Check the mods section in a couple of days.
