Can't find confirmation e-mail

Sorry for the seemingly obvious question, but since I can't find my confirmation e-mail for OOTP 16, who do I contact to get that sorted out?

Thanks.

Any alternate solutions? The e-mail that esellerate supposedly sent hasn't arrived. I chalk it up to Outlook being Outlook aka being really slow/not receiving e-mails.

The email is listed under support so if you can search, search for that.

I finally got the e-mail with my order history. Big problem. It says my most recent order was last year (OOTP 15). Where do I turn now?

Have to contact esellerate if there is a charge on your credit card.

Just looked at the e-mail again and somehow, I missed seeing the order for this year. It's there...the layout of the e-mail led me to miss it. All is good now because I was able to get a copy of the receipt. Thanks to you all for saving my (baseball) life!

(I kind of felt like a total novice for having to post this thread. It had never happened to me before in my years of OOTP.)

Sorry, Rich! However, that link saved the day. I'm not the type to delete e-mails, let alone an important one such as the OOTP e-mail. Makes me wonder if it was ever sent.

I always copy a receipt to my desktop (among other places) in order to not have to suffer through this trauma.
