Better and better every year
I've been playing OOTP since almost the beginning (I missed the first version). I remember the original boards, .400 studios, the partnership with SI, etc.
Through it all, Markus and company release a great game every year. Every year I get sucked in and get so much value for my money. Honestly, OOTP is always among my most played games.
I've had so many baseball universes that I've lost count years ago. Great players that I still remember fondly years later. I had this CF in OOTP 3 that was superhuman. A pitcher one version that started off like Koufax and had a CEI in his fifth year. Ah, what might have been. I've done historical replays hundreds of times or sometimes I simply replay a great season in MLB history. 1941 anyone?
No matter which way that I play, the game always delivers.
Thanks Markus and company for another year of OOTP.
