What are the algorithms for them? Both from Fangraphs?

Are they the exact same? There are screenshots of Abreu and Pedroia, and their in-game WAR doesn't match their Fangraphs WAR.

The algorithm changes year to year because league averages and such are different. (pretty sure)

We calculate defense slightly differently than other sites, so that's a variation. We also plain don't have the proper defensive stats for past seasons, so or WAR for 2014 for all players will be different than what Fangraphs reports.

Okay, thanks for clearing that up. That also explains why Abreu's WAR was on the high side while Pedey's was on the lower side.
